Yee-Haw!! Giddy up....!

One of our building customers had 8 rodeo tickets (not to mention parking passes - yes!) to Monday night's Rodeo performance featuring Sugarland. The kids and Gabriel have no clue who they are, but we thought it was the perfect reason to go out on a school night and have some fun!

The weather had been horrible, miserable, just bleh. We had planned to spend most of the night inside anyhow. But by the time we arrived, the clouds had cleared and it ended up being a perfect night out. The kids had the run of the carnival, I didn't have to worry about someone falling behind, getting lost, long lines, etc...The Ferris Wheel was a bit nerve-wracking for us oldies! After that, the kids had fun on bumper cars, airplanes and even roller coasters!

I realized my camera has video right in the middle of the concert. I got a great shot (well, could have had more lighting) of Nicholas singing along to a song he had never heard in his life! Gotta love it!
